These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rooted Coffee Co. website and services. By accessing this website, submitting a booking inquiry, placing a merchandise order, or otherwise engaging with our business, you agree to these Terms.
Rooted Coffee Co. is a mobile espresso bar based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, owned and operated by Lauren Lindsay. We provide handcrafted coffee service for:
All private event inquiries are subject to availability and a custom quote. Submitting an inquiry through our website does not guarantee a booking. We will respond within 24–48 hours with a quote and availability confirmation.
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

For outdoor events, the client is responsible for providing adequate shelter (tent, covered area, or backup indoor location) in the event of inclement weather. Rooted Coffee Co. reserves the right to discontinue service if conditions become unsafe for staff or equipment. We do not provide weather refunds; events should be planned with a contingency plan in place.
The client is responsible for providing an 8–10 foot serving area with access to a standard electrical outlet (120V) within reasonable proximity to the setup location. Generator service may be available for an additional fee if no power source is accessible.
Standard service is provided within a 30-mile radius of Pittsburgh, PA. Events outside this area may incur a travel fee, which will be included in your quote.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. We will contact you via your provided email or phone with an order confirmation and pickup or shipping details.
We offer three fulfillment methods:
Due to the nature of our small-batch merchandise, all sales are final. Damaged or defective items may be exchanged within 14 days of receipt — please contact us at [email protected] to arrange.
We accept payment via secure online payment processing. Booking deposits and merchandise orders are processed at the time of submission. Event balances are invoiced separately.
By providing your email and opting in through one of our forms, you consent to receive transactional and marketing emails from Rooted Coffee Co. as described in our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. If you provide a phone number, we may contact you directly by phone about an inquiry or order; we do not send automated text messages.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or interfere with site operation. All content on this site (including photography, copy, branding, and design) is the property of Rooted Coffee Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.
Rooted Coffee Co. provides services in good faith and exercises reasonable care in all aspects of our business. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
